What the job involves
- FIGS is looking for a 100% Awesome Community Intern to join our team!
- You’ll play a key role in supporting our Ambassador Program — from coordinating gifting to engaging with ambassadors and gathering insights from the healthcare community
- It’s the perfect opportunity to learn, contribute, and connect with the healthcare professionals who make everything we do possible
- Help place, track, and manage product orders for ambassadors
- Assist with ambassador needs and day-to-day coordination
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups (email/DMs) under team guidance
- Gather healthcare professional (HCP) insights through light research, social listening, and compiling takeaways
- Support ambassador activations, events, and content opportunities
- Help with program tracking, gifting, shipments, and product seeding
- Jump in to support the Community and Marketing team on special projects and day-to-day needs
