Who you are

An academic education combined with 1 - 3 years experience at a start-up or scale up, preferably B2B SaaS
Entrepreneurial spirit and getting-shit-done mentality
Proven strategic decision making and problem solving skills
Proven ability to quickly learn new things and but it to practice

Desirable

Solid understanding of and experience with GTM-motions
Leadership capabilities with great communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams

What the job involves

One main focus area for the first year will be overseeing and managing cross-functional efforts to find product-market fit in new verticals
Own the process of strategic business planning (i.e. OKRs & Strategy meetings)
Implementation of Docfields strategy by translating short-and long term strategic priorities into operational goals & plans
Create and manage financial forecasting, cash flow management, budget planning and monthly financial reporting
Structure and execute operational and administrative activities like financial admin incl invoicing, HR admin and legal & contracts,
Running strategic projects like internationalization, hubspot utilization, process automation/documentation
Support the CEO on investor related matters like fundraising, investor updates and meetings
