Who you are

7-9 years of product marketing, marketing, or product management experience in the B2B technology sector
An understanding of programmatic advertising is a plus

What the job involves

The Director, Product Marketing, is responsible for leading a team, owning technology platforms, and creating go-to-market strategies for Magnite’s products and services
Manage go-to-market srategies by working cross-functionally to build and execute the GTM strategy, including timelines, communications (internal + external), training, campaigns, and KPIs, ensuring the successful launch of new features and offerings (e.g., positioning, sales education, materials, and feedback)
Drive sales enablement and content by partnering with product, sales, and marketing to develop sales enablement (e.g., client stories, webinars, datasheets, demo videos, pitch decks, solution guides, knowledge base articles, and more), supporting the commercialization process
Message and positioning Magnite offerings by developing product positioning and messaging that creates differentiation and underscores our brand narratives
Influence the adtech industry by actively engaging the industry analyst community and trade bodies, educating them about Magnite’s products, services, and future roadmap, driving favorable positioning in analyst reports
Create competitor, market & client analysis by partnering with cross-functional teams, thought leaders, and analysts and walk in the shoes of our clients and partners to gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to guide marketing, sales positioning, and product management

Our take

Due to the rise in mobile and smart devices in recent years, the way in which advertisement publishers must format their ads is changing. A key example of this is TV, advertisements that present immediate calls to action within a Connected TV user interface, but publishing ads in such a format is currently inaccessible to most publishers.

Magnite provides a sell-side omnichannel advertisement platform for publishers, focused on facilitating the selling of advertising on all formats including CTV, mobile, desktop, and audio. In addition to facilitating the buying and selling of omnichannel ads, the company also provides a real-time ad performance dashboard, data protection and compliance tools, and insights into buying and selling patterns.

Whilst other omnichannel advertisement platforms present significant competition to the company, Magnite stands out by providing an end-to-end marketplace for the buying, selling, management, and analysis of ads.
