Senior Data Analyst, Pilot

• We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated success in leveraging data to solve real-world business problems
• You’re passionate about using data to solve hard problems, and you’re an expert in analyzing complex data and crafting compelling narratives to communicate your insights
• 5+ years of relevant experience as data analyst
• Experience leveraging data to inform business decisions
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker
• Strong communication skills

• As a data analyst at Pilot, you'll join a group of high-performing and motivated data professionals focused on impact and collaboration
• You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to solve business-critical problems with your analytical skills
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and influence business decisions
• Create and maintain company-wide metrics and reporting in Looker
• Build high-quality DBT pipelines to automate data analysis and empower scalable analytics
• Handle ad-hoc data requests, while addressing stakeholder teams’ long-term goals
• Train and mentor other teams on how to best use data to drive their decisions
