Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have exceptional and proven sales skills and experience and a history of meeting customer needs and exceeding their expectations
- The ability to understand a prospect’s business need and advertising objectives (and be able to articulate this into shaping solutions
- Proven experience selling programmatic advertising technology and solutions
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including omnichannel strategies, measurement, audience approaches and how it relates to successful business outcome
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Experience selling to agencies, brands, and direct advertisers, with expertise in the media buying process
- Skilled negotiator who can overcome objections and close deals with decision-makers at all levels
- Organized, adaptable, and proactive, with a strategic approach to prospecting and managing a book of business
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture
What the job involves
- Choozle is looking for an Account Executive to help grow our business by bringing on more growth brands and regional advertisers. Choozle offers a compelling and differentiated solution for brands to grow their business through media
- The Account Executive will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to the revenue and cultural success of this fast-growing company
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing new business in your assigned region
- Exceed revenue and activity targets, consistently growing your book of business
- Leverage top sales tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to optimize your pipeline and outreach strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Directors, Customer Success, Technical Account Managers and Media Specialists to ensure client success and long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute quarterly market strategy plans, identifying high-impact opportunities
- Pitch and present to key decision-makers at agencies and brands, from media planners to C-suite executives
- Attend industry events, network, and entertain clients to expand Choozle’s market presence
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to position Choozle as the go-to programmatic solution within your assigned market
- Travel as needed to support clients, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle or feel controls. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
