Senior Accounts Payable Associate, Rula

• 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Experience working with procurement and expense management platforms, preferably Zip, Ramp, BILL, or similar systems
• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
• Experience initiating and managing electronic payments, wires, ACH transactions, and other banking activities

• As our Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will own the execution of our end-to-end accounts payable operations
• This includes vendor invoice processing, employee travel and expense (T&E) reimbursements, and critical cash movement activities across our banking platforms
• This is a dynamic, high-impact role requiring strong attention to detail, sound financial judgment, and a proactive mindset
• You will manage routine and non-routine AP processes independently, leverage modern financial tech tools to troubleshoot issues, and actively propose process improvements to scale our efficiency and strengthen internal controls
