Role
Who you are
- Experience: Prior experience in HR or Operations, coupled with startup experience.
- Personality: A proactive, resourceful, and enthusiastic team player who is eager to learn and grow. Do you have the will & desire to succeed
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in G-Drive and familiarity with HRIS, ATS systems and HR/People tech automation tools
What the job involves
- People Support
- Assist with the hiring process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, candidate screening and managing applicant tracking
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance are completed accurately
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS are up to date
- Help coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Naturally lead and reinforce the company culture
- Operations Support
- Help manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Assist in organising team events, meetings, and internal communications
- Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, expense tracking, and travel arrangements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline operational workflows
- Act as a point of contact for general inquiries and troubleshooting operational issues
