Who you are

Current student or recent graduate in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Figma is a plus
Strong understanding of timing, rhythm, and storytelling in animation
A portfolio showcasing original motion work — ideally for digital or marketing contexts
Interest in branding, marketing strategy, and visual storytelling
Excellent time management and communication skills
A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn in a high-growth, creative environment

What the job involves

We’re seeking a Motion Design Intern to join our Marketing team and bring our brand to life through animation and video storytelling
You’ll work closely with the Design Lead to develop captivating visual content for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, events, and more
This is an exciting opportunity to grow your motion skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity meets strategy
Create motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, paid ads, social posts, product explainers, and brand videos
Collaborate cross-functionally with the design, content, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual narratives
Storyboard, animate, and edit short-form video content, incorporating typography, illustration, and audio where appropriate
Help evolve Rho’s visual identity through motion by bringing fresh, innovative thinking to how our brand shows up in motion
Support asset versioning and adaptation for multiple channels (web, email, social, etc.)
Maintain brand consistency across all motion content while pushing creative boundaries
Participate in creative reviews and team standups to contribute ideas, receive feedback, and iterate quickly
