Who you are
- 1–4 years experience in outbound sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial roles
- Curious and proactive, with the ability to research accounts, prioritise outreach intelligently, and adopt modern sales technologies, data tools, and AI solutions to improve prospecting effectiveness
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- You are proactive and comfortable taking ownership of building relationships within a defined target market
- You enjoy structured outbound activity and are confident engaging new prospects through phone, LinkedIn, email, events, and professional networks; while maintaining high-quality CRM records
- You know how to prioritise accounts based on research, signals, and commercial potential
- You are disciplined in managing follow-ups and maintaining momentum across multiple opportunities
- You are naturally curious and enjoy understanding how businesses operate, especially the financial and operational challenges they face
- You listen carefully to prospects and can connect their challenges to felloh’s product and solutions
- You are resilient and comfortable navigating rejection, complex stakeholder environments, and longer B2B sales cycles
- You enjoy working collaboratively with marketing, product, and onboarding teams to move opportunities forward

What the job involves
- Engage a defined list of travel companies through structured outbound activity including but not limited to phone, email, LinkedIn, and event follow-up
- Research assigned target accounts to understand organisational structure, financial operations, and potential business needs/pain points
- Prioritise outreach based on relevant signals such as company growth, operational complexity, market activity, and stakeholder changes
- Build early relationships with finance and operational decision makers
- Generate qualified meetings and contribute to the creation of new sales opportunities
- Support the progression of opportunities through consistent follow-up and coordination with other team members
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Represent felloh professionally in networking events and industry interactions
- Building consistent engagement with decision makers across a defined set of target travel companies
- Generating qualified meetings and developing a growing pipeline of new opportunities
- Maintaining strong outreach discipline and follow-up momentum
- Supporting the progression of opportunities towards successful customer wins
- Demonstrating increasing confidence and ownership in managing sales conversations

Our take
Travel companies are required by the Package Travel Regulations to protect customer payments. Merchant acquirers, who process card payments for the travel merchants, are obliged by the card schemes (Visa & MC) to refund the customer in case of failure of the merchant to fulfill the booking. The regulations require insurance, bonds or trust accounts to cover this risk and merchant acquirers pass on their risk in the form of higher processing fees to the merchants. Prior to felloh! data has not been available or poor quality with little visibility on the actual risks and where protection overlaps, so pricing is made blind.
Felloh! monitor the status of all payments in and out of the travel industry ecosystem. The company integrates with the merchant acquirers, travel merchants booking systems and provide ‘bank’ accounts to manage all payments in and out, eliminating guesswork and allowing accurate mitigation of the risk at lower cost.
