Senior Manager, Staffbase

• Staffbase is seeking a Senior Manager, People Experience (PX) Business Partnering to lead our North America PX team and support our senior leaders in achieving their strategic goals
• Leadership Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years leading a team in a strategic HR or PX role
• Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of North American employment laws, industry trends, and best practices, with proven experience in compliance
• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to align PX strategies with business objectives, using data to inform and drive impactful decisions
• Change Leadership: Experience in driving transformation in talent management, culture, engagement, and organizational design
