• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero

• This role is focused exclusively on catch-up bookkeeping for small business clients whose books are behind and need to be brought current efficiently and accurately
• This is a production-oriented role requiring efficiency, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• This is not a routine data-entry bookkeeping position
• This position reports directly to the Client Advisory Manager for Accounting Services
• Perform catch-up bookkeeping for multiple small business clients
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Categorize, code, and organize financial transactions
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines
• Communicate proactively regarding missing information and outstanding items
• Utilize accounting technology and workflow tools efficiently
• Track progress and maintain organized documentation
