Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing tech stacks, in particular systems regularly deployed in SaaS companies, with a particular focus on Sales and Customer Success.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing systems in a SaaS environment, with a strong focus on sales and customer success platforms
- Salesforce Administrator certified, Salesforce Developer and/or Salesforce CPQ skill-set favourable
- Administrator level proficiency and strong understanding of technology, process and metrics used by sales and customer success teams in SaaS businesses in particular Gainsight, Gong & Cognism
- Proven experience in system integration, data management, and process automation
- Demonstrated business analysis skills, including process mapping and end-to-end workflow analysis
What the job involves
- As a Manager, GTM Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation, integration, optimisation, and management of our sales and customer success technology. Your role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, enhancing data integrity, and supporting the revenue goals of our organisation.
- You will leverage your project management and business analysis skills to map processes end-to-end and implement solutions that align with business objectives
- Own, manage and maintain the sales and customer success systems, including Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Cognism and other related tools
- Ensure systems are configured to meet the needs of the sales and customer success teams as well as supporting Marketing Operations, optimising workflows and automating processes where possible
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Manage tech stack contract renewals with external Procurement company up to point of renewal sign-off
- Lead, manage projects and execute on system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and seamless data flow/cohesive system architecture
- Map processes end-to-end, analyse current workflows, and implement solutions that align with business objectives. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistent data quality
