What the job involves

Freelancer or Fully remote position with optional office access available in Munich
Join a small, agile frontend team dedicated to innovation and collaboration
Build the native ONVY iOS SDK that reads health data from Apple HealthKit in our new Native SDK project team (greenfield project)
Build a React Native plugin that will be used in our React Native apps
Communicate with our backend team and Android native developers regarding API implementations
Write and maintain clear documentation for our customers and internal usage

Our take

With the ability to merge the data and metrics of over 300 health apps and services, ONVY is bridging the gap between the booming fitness app business, spearheaded by the likes of Fitbit, and analytical machine learning. The company stands out from other health app companies through its AI Health Coach, which matches conversational and generative AI adapted to the user with available health data from connected devices and apps. This curates a health and fitness plan that fits seamlessly into the user’s current routine.

With the ability to connect to leading brands, ONVY has been awarded seed funding from German football player Timo Baumgartl, which is bound to draw in an audience of sports enthusiasts and professionals.

However, this may be soon pose a slight problem - ONVY’s target clientele is weighted towards seasoned fitness enthusiasts, even professional athletes, who would benefit from more curated fitness coaching. Whilst this audience could be lucrative, ONVY may benefit and grow quicker if it widened its product to accomodate to more than just who it calls “high performers”.
