DevOps Engineer, token.com

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar
• Strong understanding of containerisation, building and maintaining Kubernetes-based deployment platforms
• Hands-on experience with source control platforms like GitHub
• Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (ideally Google Cloud Platform)
• Skilled in CI/CD principles and practices (ideally ArgoCD/Codefresh/GitHub Actions) and a good understanding of GitOps
• Good understanding of observability and practical application with monitoring tools (ideally Datadog and open telemetry)
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
• Understanding of distributed systems and database architecture: scaling, fault-tolerance, load-balancing, networking, security
• Good scripting skills e.g. bash, python
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, focusing on solving the right problem at the right time
