Role
Who you are
- 5+ years building production software
- Strong Node.js and Python skills (async patterns, serverless architecture)
- Previous experience working in SaaS companies with an understanding of SaaS-specific challenges and business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English) with proven ability to work effectively in remote distributed teams
- Deep AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS)
- Database optimization experience (SQL and NoSQL)
- CI/CD and automated testing know-how
- Remote work experience; you communicate clearly in writing and can work autonomously
- SRE mindset—monitoring, alerting, and automated failover are second nature
Desirable
- Familiarity with AWS security best practices and compliance standards
- Experience with real-time analytics processing
- Experience with C#
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Background in high-traffic consumer applications
- An understanding of networking areas such as URL shortening, redirection logic, and efficient link routing to complement the platform's functionality is appreciated

Dublin-based, French-founded Rebrandly is a branded link management platform that allows users to securely brand, analyse, and share custom URLs. Born out of ClickMeter, the company’s tools shorten lengthy links, increase brand awareness, improve conversion rates, and track analytics.
Indeed, there are other players helping creators securely manage their content performance, but Rebrandly is the only SaaS link management platform of its kind to achieve SOC2 compliance; hence, customers can be confident that links are made safe and secure. It has worked with companies including PayPal, IBM Delta Air Lines, Land Rover, and Zillow, with offices across various continents.
The company is set for further expansion following a strategic 2022 investment led by Five Elms Capital. The significant investment will be used to accelerate growth (which has seen user growth already at 34% year over year), including the release of new products and features to optimise content performance.
