Senior Marketing Designer, InvestEngine

• You have strong experience in marketing design, working across campaigns, brand assets, and marketing communications
• You are comfortable setting visual direction as well as executing, and can take responsibility for how work looks and lands
• You have experience evolving and refreshing a brand within an existing system, rather than starting from scratch
• You have good visual judgement and can maintain consistency across different channels and formats

• An interest in investing or personal finance
• Advanced proficiency in Figma

• We are hiring a Senior Marketing Designer to strengthen and evolve InvestEngine’s marketing design output
• This role is responsible for setting visual direction for marketing work, evolving how the brand shows up across campaigns and channels, and working closely with Marketing to deliver clear, effective, high-quality design at pace
• You will be the most senior marketing designer in the company
• While you sit within the Experience team and share ownership of the brand with product and comms designers, you will work day to day in close partnership with Marketing and play a key role in shaping how marketing design operates
• In this role, you’ll concept, execute and deliver creative assets across both paid and organic channels. You’ll work closely with the brand, content and performance teams to bring ideas to life that elevate our brand and drive acquisition
• Conceptualise and produce digital creative across digital and print touch points (brand, paid social, partnerships, email, landing pages, OOH, affiliates, organic social)
• Evolve and refresh the brand within marketing contexts through controlled, intentional creative decisions, building on an existing brand foundation
• Own marketing design work end to end, from early brief through to delivery, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver impactful, on-brand creative that aligns with our company goals
• Balance quality and speed, making pragmatic decisions about where polish matters most
• Contribute to the overall quality of marketing design through guidance, feedback, and informal review of work
