Associate Solutions Engineer, Opswat

• 2+ years of cybersecurity or networking software Solutions Engineering or technical sales experience
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Desirable

• The Associate Solutions Engineer based in our San Francisco office will be the primary technical sales resource for our Commercial and Channel sales team and will assistin identifyingprospect and customer challenges and driving technical alignment between those needs and OPSWAT solutions
• You will serve as a product and industry resource, effectively describing and demonstratingour solutions as well as promoting our vision and approach
• You will be a trusted point of contact for our Mid-market sales team and prospects, enabling the advancement of our sales process, and be a liaison to the engineering team to drive the direction of the product
• Provide pre-sales support to the OPSWAT Commercial and Channel sales team to drive business and product proficiency
• Qualify sales opportunities in the terms of end customer technical requirements products/solutions
• Deliver and present detailed responses to RFPs
• Work with the CIP lab and build re-usable demonstrations
• Assist with Tradeshow mobile lab builds, repairs, and set up
• Train and certify Mid-market sales team members
• Present at Mid-market sales team meetings
• Support proof of concepts, evaluations, and demonstrations as needed to successfully satisfy customer requirements
