Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of professional experience in machine learning, with a focus on NLP and LLMs
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong understanding of transformer-based models and NLP workflows
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on cutting-edge transformer architectures, text analytics, and model optimization. You'll support the development of webAI’s core platform by building and deploying NLP models that can scale efficiently and deliver real-world impact
- You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and researchers to bring the latest advancements in LLMs to life, contributing to the development of scalable AI systems that operate effectively on limited datasets
- Develop and optimize LLM-based models for tasks such as text classification, summarization, and language generation
- Contribute to preprocessing and preparation of datasets, including tokenization and feature extraction
- Experiment with transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT) to improve model performance
- Work with Python and key NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and collaborative development with cross-functional teams
- Stay current with research in NLP/LLMs and bring relevant innovations into our production workflows
