Who you are

A recent or soon-to-be graduate who’s curious about people, work, and culture
Someone emotionally intelligent with strong listening skills and an inclusive mindset
Organised, detail-oriented, and quietly obsessed with doing things well
Great written and verbal communication (you don’t need to be loud, but you do need to care)
No specific degree required — we welcome grads from all academic backgrounds
Bonus points if you’ve dipped your toe into HR, psychology, events, admin, or any people-facing role — but we’re here to teach you the rest

What the job involves

Supporting day-to-day People & Culture operations (onboarding, offboarding, HR admin, but make it Native)
Helping us roll out initiatives across wellbeing, values, learning, and team development
Getting hands on with culture projects, from surveys to feedback loops to employee rituals
Assisting with recruitment processes and helping us build an inclusive candidate experience
Keeping our internal systems organised and up to date (Confluence, HR tools, all that good stuff)
Learning loads. About yourself, about people, about what makes a workplace tick

Native is a platform that helps connect students with amazing experiences and have the best time at university. The idea came to life when native’s CEO, Nick Musto, realised that finding the best event or experience was near impossible amongst a sea of information at university.

Native has now evolved to empower Students’ Unions with technology and services designed to bring more content onto campuses, and allow students to seamlessly engage with it. The company has also brought hundreds of content-based shows to the university space, ranging from quiz nights to DJ sets to Q&A talks.
