Who you are
- If you have a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced, goal and growth-oriented environment, this might be the role for you
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on marketing to large healthcare organizations
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful lead generation campaigns
- Experience in planning and managing B2B events, both virtual and in-person
- Experience in healthcare marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with modern design/presentation tools like Figma and Pitch
What the job involves
- We are seeking a versatile and proactive Head of Marketing to join our team
- This is a hybrid role with set in-office days each week in our San Mateo, California office
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies for Luminai
- Plan, coordinate, and execute successful events (conferences, prospect dinners, webinars)
- Serve as the primary liaison and manage our marketing partners
- Collaborate with other teams in the business to develop engaging content, such as case studies and demos
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., # of leads, lead conversion rates, campaign ROI)
- Ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across our website and how we talk about our product
Our take
Luminai, formerly known as Digital Brain, was founded in 2020 by two graduates of the Y Combinator scheme. The company helps sales reps and customer service agents automate their workflows to ultimately save time on internal processes.
Though the founders may be fresh faces in the tech industry, Luminai has already received Series A funding and has clients including Carta, Oura, and Strava.
The funding will be used to expand the go-to-market team and product capabilities in order to attract customers of all company sizes. This will be crucial in maintaining momentum and setting itself apart in the market.
