Head of Marketing, Luminai

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on growth marketing, brand building, and leading successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS products in a scaleup environment
• Minimum 3 years in a full-time marketing leadership role, ideally within US healthcare
• Strong track record as an inspiring and effective leader, coach, and team builder
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts, achieving lead generation targets, and creating measurable outcomes
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility both internally and externally
• A great collaborator who works seamlessly across teams, including Sales, Product, and external partners, to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
• Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• We’re seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our efforts to drive growth, brand awareness, and engagement with enterprise healthcare stakeholders
• Your mission will be to continue amplifying Luminai’s presence, leveraging the strong customer traction we’ve built to drive business expansion, generate high-quality leads and pipeline, contribute to our broader business objective, and showcase the undeniable value of our AI-powered automation solutions to both new and existing customers
• This is a player/coach role, at least to start
• Develop strategic vision for marketing alongside leadership to enable company goals
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across our target audiences
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure that marketing strategies are tightly aligned with their goals, establishing and measuring your team’s efforts against pipeline-related KPIs
• Manage the development of marketing materials by collaborating with external contractors, including video agencies, freelance writers, designers, and other creative partners
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, communications and storytelling to articulate Luminai’s unique value proposition clearly and compellingly
• Oversee digital, product, events and content marketing initiatives, creating consistent and cohesive experiences across channels
