• This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can manage and optimize the customer journey from the very first touchpoint through to post-purchase engagement. You’ll lead the lifecycle marketing team and serve as a key partner to our sales team, aligning our strategies to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey
• Lifecycle Marketing Strategy & Optimization: Develop and oversee the strategy for the entire customer journey. This includes mapping key touchpoints, nurturing prospective customers from awareness through to sales handoff, and defining all post-sales process engagement. You will also design and manage A/B testing and holdout tests to continually optimize campaigns and communications for maximum effectiveness
