What the job involves
- The Success team at Security Roots works closely with our users to ensure they're getting the most out of their Dradis subscriptions
- This starts with driving a successful onboarding and continues through to renewals, expansions, and quarterly check-ins to share updates and gather feedback
- You'll be a trusted and key member of our team
- Help our users implement Dradis by walking them through the onboarding process, sharing relevant resources, and driving uptake in their teams
- Build trusted relationships with our users through subscription management support, regular updates, and running quarterly check-in calls
- You will contribute to the future of Dradis by gathering insights and feedback from our users and working closely with the rest of our great team on every Dradis release
- We are a small team that creates a product that's used by 1,000s of IT Security professionals around the world every day. Your impact will be felt. You'll help us improve our product, and in doing so, will be making the lives of all of our users better
- You'll become an expert in how IT Security (i.e. ethical hacking) teams work and how our product can help them (btw, if you know where the "Dradis" name comes from, this *may* just be the perfect job for you!)
- Reasonable overlap with EU business hours
- We're looking to hire our 10th full-time employee, an organised and caring success manager

Our take
It’s generally accepted that security admin is a time-consuming but necessary task for all businesses. The ramifications of lax security protocols or reporting can be detrimental for companies if they are unlucky. Dradis is an information platform looking to automate and simplify age-old manual security workflow with its flagship product, Dradis Pro.
The aim of the company is to encourage less time on the administrative side of the security reporting processes and more on the reporting itself. The all-in-one platform allows teams and individual users to process all security management from one dashboard. The company also boasts the ease of integration with much-used security software like Okta.
