Role
Who you are
- Possess a minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or a comparable administrative role
- Experience working in a high-paced remote environment
- Familiarity with modern workflow & collaboration tools (notion, discord, gdocs, airtable, zoom, telegram, etc)
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI-driven tools & proven interest to integrate these into your workflow
- Familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem is a plus
- You are organized, efficient, and detail oriented. You are great at managing your own time and your own to-do list, which lets you support others with their own time & priority management
- You are excited by working on many different projects at once, and flexible when priorities change and new tasks arise
- You are eager to take on larger responsibilities over time. You want a role that gives you many opportunities to grow your professional skill set at a rapid pace
- You are always learning, able to pick up new skills as necessary. You're familiar with modern workflow tools (airtable, notion, etc), and able to learn new ones as needed
- You are reliable, proactive, and trustworthy. You are able to work independently, anticipate needs, make progress without constant oversight, and you handle sensitive information with discretion and care
- You want to work at a mission-aligned organization, with people pursuing a shared vision for a better future
What the job involves
- Your mission is to directly support senior decision makers, expanding their capacity to perform key functions at the EF
- You will primarily work with Josh Stark, assisting him with responsibilities across the organization
- Supporting decision makers by collecting information into useful documents that facilitate productive discussions
- Drafting emails, working documents, and other communications
- Simple research or data collections tasks
- Calendar management involving complex scheduling and meeting coordination
- Executing on simple projects with senior stakeholders
- Managing travel bookings and accommodation, tracking and reconciling expenses
- Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders

Boasting the achievement of being the third highest crowd-funded project of all time, its open-source platform aims to decentralise the web, claiming “Ethereum is how the Internet was supposed to work”. The company has captured the attention of Microsoft and was incorporated in Microsoft’s cloud computing platform and services.
Acquiring significant funding over the years Ethereum is definitely one to watch. Releasing consistent new development and nurturing its long standing projects, the Ethereum Foundation has a strong base of values that have been kept on since the beginning. It'll be exciting to see how it evolves as the web world does.
