Director of Sales Engineering, Mashgin

• The ideal candidate is hands on and open to being in the field, has experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup, and is passionate about solving customer challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles, with a proven track record in a leadership position
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in the sales process
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Experience in training and mentoring sales teams to enhance their technical knowledge and performance
• Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time to client sites all over the US

• Mashgin is looking to hire a Sales Engineering Director to lead the sales engineering team in providing technical expertise and support to clients and the sales organization
• You will build a high-performing team of sales engineers that can effectively partner with AEs to build trust with customers, solve technical and operational challenges, and increase the velocity of our sales

• Ensuring sales engineers are well equipped to secure technical wins, working closely with the deployment team to ensure smooth customer onboarding, and ensuring pilot deployments are successful
• Providing training and supporting to the sales team on product features, integration specs, and technical solutions
• Staying updated on market trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings
• Collaborating with our product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence the product roadmap
• Creating and delivering presentations and demos for clients and prospects to showcase product capabilities
