Who you are
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience and success in a leadership role with people management responsibilities; healthcare experience a strong preference
- Demonstrated experience successfully driving programmatic and operational change through direct leadership and influence across stakeholders
- Able to effectively communicate in a variety of formats and styles
- Outstanding analytical abilities and instincts
- Natural ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate
- Operate comfortably and effectively in ambiguity
- Passionate about improving the quality and experience of clinical care delivered in the US healthcare system
What the job involves
- As our Head of Partner Marketing you will amplify the impact of Included Health on the members it serves by leading a team that is responsible for creating innovative ways to engage the populations of our clients
- This role is perfect for an experienced leader who is passionate about building a world-class team, developing talent, and driving results
- This position reports to the Included Health Senior Vice President of Member Care and Consumer Marketing
- You will leverage your leadership experience, operational acumen, and love for nurturing talent to build a high-performing team that is laser focused on delivering world-class engagement for members and customers
- Define and communicate a comprehensive vision that aligns with the overarching goals of Consumer Marketing and Included Health
- Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Support team in the development of strategic engagement playbooks and plans that drive awareness and engagement for our clients
- Work closely with our policy team to develop and drive communications programs that advance our advocacy initiatives
- Design and implement processes that enable scale and drive insights for the Partner Marketing team
