What the job involves

  • As a Junior Field Marketing Manager (f/m/d*) at Parloa, your primary focus will be on driving new customer acquisition marketing across various channels, with a strong emphasis on events
  • This role will include participant management for conferences, particularly smaller events, where you will take ownership of planning, coordination, and preparation
  • Participate in planning and executing the field marketing strategies for the US
  • Support the senior field marketing manager with large projects and own end-to-end event management for small events and trade shows
  • Support event-relevant tasks such as managing merchandise, lead management, and nurturing campaigns
  • Organize and execute regional demand generation activities, emphasizing smaller events
  • Handle participant coordination for Parloa’s O&O conferences/events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
  • Contribute to measuring the success of the events and field marketing campaigns, including coordinating the follow-up with BDRs and Sales and ROI reporting
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to create digital assets such as landing pages, LinkedIn banners, etc
  • Work with external vendors/agencies/partners for event execution
  • Utilize our Marketing Tech-stack, including WordPress, Livestorm,, Figma, and Salesforce for efficient event and participant management
  • Our MarketingTech stack: WordPress, Livestorm, Sendinblue, Figma, Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot
