Who you are
- Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting both macOS and Windows operating systems
- Hands-on experience managing and resolving issues through an IT ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a curiosity for learning new tools and technologies
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid understanding of customer support best practices with a focus on delivering a great employee experience
