Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, blockchain, or a technology-driven industry
- Proven ability to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and marketing materials
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and support
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Creative and analytical thinking to craft compelling stories and measure the impact of campaigns
- Familiarity with blockchain, staking, and institutional use cases is highly preferred
- Understanding of customer personas, segmentation, and buyer journey mapping
What the job involves
- The Product Marketer will play a central role in Figment’s success by developing and executing strategies to position our products effectively in the market
- Working closely with the product, sales, and customer support teams, this individual will create compelling materials that drive product adoption, customer understanding, and sales enablement
- From crafting product documentation and presentations to building explainer videos and go-to-market strategies, this role will require both creative and analytical skills to ensure Figment’s products are positioned for maximum impact
- Define and articulate the value proposition for Figment’s products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Create consistent and impactful messaging frameworks that highlight Figment’s unique advantages
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and refine positioning
- Develop and maintain product marketing assets, including:
- Product documentation and user guides
- Presentations, FAQs, and one-pagers for sales enablement
- Explainer videos, webinars, and onboarding materials for customers
- Case studies and ROI calculators
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to create content for campaigns, including blog posts, white papers, and social media assets
- Partner with product and marketing teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared
- Develop campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for new and existing products
- Monitor and analyze product adoption rates and feedback to adjust strategies as needed
- Work closely with the sales team to create tools and training materials that help close deals effectively
- Support customer success by producing educational resources to address common questions and improve customer experience
- Provide ongoing training to internal teams on product updates, new features, and key benefits
- In addition to collaborating with other Marketing team members, this role will collaborate most often with our Product, Sales, and Customer Support teams
- Marketing and Content Creation Tools: Google Slides, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Video editing tools like Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Collaboration and Project Management Tools: Notion, Trello, Asana, or Jira for tracking tasks and projects, Slack for team communication
- Analytics and Reporting tools: Google Analytics, Pardot, or other marketing automation tools
- Measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives (e.g. , adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and campaign performance)
- Segment software for events tracking
- Use data and customer feedback to refine messaging, materials, and product positioning
- MixPanel or similar tools for data visualization (preferred but not required)
- Sales Enablement Tools: Salesforce, DocSend, or similar platforms for creating and distributing content to sales teams
