- Overall track record of professional and academic success
- Experience with Salesforce preferred

What the job involves
- We are seeking a strategic leader to own the vision and execution of Dandy’s field marketing and hosted-event programs, blending high-touch experiences with a data-driven approach to B2B growth
- Plan and execute a comprehensive calendar of Dandy-hosted events, including dinners, networking events, and educational workshops to drive new customer acquisition
- Create scalable operational frameworks for end-to-end event logistics, including pre-event marketing, guest list management, onsite execution, and post-event follow up
- Proactively identify and negotiate high-impact sponsorships with dental associations nationwide, serving as the primary strategic lead for external relationship management
- Own field event performance reporting, delivering data-driven insights that refine future planning and drive continuous improvement in program efficiency
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership to align on event goals and prepare onsite teams for successful customer and prospect engagement
- Provide management and professional mentorship to a direct report, fostering individual growth and creating standardized workflows that allow the events function to scale with the company
- Travel to events for onsite execution and support
