Who you are
- A skilled designer with 3+ years of experience in brand design
- Proficient and like to work in Figma
- Confident working across digital channels—especially web, social, and paid
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities

What the job involves
- You'll work closely with the founder, report to our Marketing Director, and take ownership of Mojo's visual brand across all channels
- We are an app-first experience, so creating compelling, user-friendly design that resonates with our community and converts at scale is essential
- As we are an early-stage start-up, there is room for you to have a huge impact on the future of the company and a large amount of autonomy to shape your role and get stuck in
- You should be comfortable adapting your role and responsibilities as the company grows
- Designing high-performing Meta ads and social media content that drives acquisition and engagement
- Creating on-brand graphics for website landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Collaborating with product to ensure brand consistency across the app experience
- Developing and maintaining brand guidelines as we scale
- Iterating quickly based on performance data and user feedback
- Exploring new visual directions to keep the brand fresh and distinctive
- We are building a team of people who have real ownership over the business
- To be successful here, you should be willing to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty on anything that will help the business be more successful
Our take
Half of millennial and Gen Z men struggle with psychosexual issues. Mojo exists to sexually enlighten mankind and lead a revolution that normalizes sexual issues and connects men to champion what sex and relationships are really like. The company are doing this with a medication-free approach.
Mojo's app is built on a foundation of science, data, and clinically-proven approaches from psychosexual therapy. They set themselves apart by being created by world-class sexperts, and the audiovisual content marks the next generation of sex education.
When founded, there had been little clear and useful guidance available to men, meaning that Mojo filled a real and important gap in the market. As a result, they have attracted 100,000 users in 115 countries across the world. They are also backed by two of London’s top VC firms and have raised the biggest sex & health tech seed in Europe.

- Our Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) journey really excites us. It's not perfect and we have lots of work to do but it's something that we are committed to and looking forward to evolving.
