Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer or equivalent, ideally in a startup environment; experience as a founder or founding engineer is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with APIs
- Project management experience or the ability to manage multiple API projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with API management tools and platforms, such as Swagger or Postman
- Nice-to-have skills in crypto and fintech, including knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and financial regulations
- Node.js, Solidity, JavaScript
What the job involves
- As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining customer relationships while increasing adoption of our API products in the crypto and fintech industries
- Your primary role will be to work closely with our most strategic and high-impact platform customers, guiding them through application ideation, development, delivery, and scale to accelerate and maximize the value of what they build with our platform
- Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and escalations related to our APIs in the crypto and fintech industries
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers on API issues, including API integrations, error messages, and usage limits
- Assist with API implementation and onboarding for new customers
- Coordinate with customers to ensure the successful completion of API projects and customer satisfaction
- Track usage and adoption metrics. Reduce churn
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to customers and internal stakeholders related to API usage and performance
- Participate in API development and improvement initiatives based on customer feedback
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to crypto and fintech

Mesh, formerly known as Front Finance, is an intermediate connection layer for non-traditional financial assets, aiming to reshape the landscape of economic connectivity and remove the fragmentation problem of crypto and blockchain assets. In short, users can use the Mesh platform to move their assets across different platforms.
Mesh empowers customers to connect different asset classes and accounts, with tools to help read, write and transfer capabilities to its platform. Platforms facilitated by Mesh include 300 crypto wallets and exchanges, attracting businesses that want to increase interoperability for their users without having to build the code to do so from scratch.
Investors include MoneyForward, Samsung and B Capital Group, indicating the enterprise-level attractiveness of Mesh’s asset-bridging solution. Its 2024 funding has seen it triple in valuation over the year, showing that seamless solutions for asset movement in the face of crypto volatility are valuable to the wider market.
