• Proficiency in Greenhouse (ATS) is required

• Chainguard is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced talent acquisition team
• This role will provide essential administrative and logistical support to our recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
• Schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating with hiring managers and interview panels
• Manage complex calendar scheduling, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely communication
• Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates, as needed
• Utilize Greenhouse (ATS) to track candidate progress, update candidate information, and maintain accurate records
• Ensure data integrity and compliance within the ATS
• Generate reports and provide data insights from Greenhouse
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Prepare and distribute interview materials and agendas
• Maintain and organize recruiting files and documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team
