Member Marketing Manager, Vida Health

• An ideal candidate will have experience with B2B2C strategic account marketing, interacting with clients, content development, direct mail, email marketing, and extraordinary attention to detail

• Vida’s Member Marketing team is looking for an Enrollment Marketing Manager to help us spread the word about Vida and drive registration
• In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution of emails and the creation and sending of digital and print materials for prospective and current Vida members
• You will develop a deep understanding of the programs offered, including their nuances, and understand the implications of these nuances on the member communications
• You'll support the development and delivery of print, email, SMS, and other content requirements
• Manage member marketing calendar, scheduling, and deployment
• Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to drive incremental gains in conversion and engagement
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform the messaging strategy for each lifecycle stage of customers
