Senior Marketing Manager, ZipRecruiter

• 5+ Years of experience with Paid Search / SEM (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads)
• 2+ Years of experience executing paid YouTube advertising
• Strong hands-on experience with most Google Ads products (Demand Gen, Discovery, UAC, Display, Performance Max, DSA, Experiments, Google Ads Editor, RSAs)
• Strong hands-on experience with various YouTube products and ad formats
• Proven data analysis and strong experience with Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables), Google Sheets and Google Docs
