Role
Who you are
- Strong Communicator – Confident speaking with clients, pitching solutions, and building rapport
- Lead sourcing - You will have previous experience building a revenue pipeline, researching and reaching out to prospects
- Cold Calling - You will be a seasoned cold caller, able to adequately qualify and opportunity and promote value through, identifying pain points and finding solutions through HeadBox's offering
- Willingness to Learn – You’re eager to get under the skin of our product and industry
- Commercial Acumen – Able to identify good business opportunities and act on them quickly
- Organised & Detail-Oriented – Comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups at once

What the job involves
- Prospecting & Lead Generation - Conduct outbound activity with cold calling, supported by LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns - Follow up on inbound and marketing-qualified leads - Research target venues and decision-makers to identify new opportunities
- Opportunity Qualification - Own qualification for dedicated industry verticals - Understand client needs and determine the fit for our solutions - Maintain detailed lead records in our CRM
- Meeting Booking - Book high-quality, qualified meetings for the US Business Development team
- Collaboration & Reporting - Work closely with 360 Sales team and U.S Sales Lead and Marketing - Provide insight on lead quality, objections, and trends to optimise outreach - Attend regular team syncs and training sessions
- Key Performance Indicator - Each day you’ll be expected to make a minimum of 100 touch points with ICP prospects - Minimum 60 calls per day - 10 Meetings booked per week (7 sat) - Support the team in closing 4 deals per month
