- 5+ years of experience in FP&A at a high-growth SaaS company, with experience in business partnering and reporting
- Experience with SaaS metrics and subscription-based business models
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling skills (comfort with complex formulas, scenario analysis, and automation)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Experience with ERP, FP&A and BI tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels
What the job involves
- As Onebrief’s Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll be a key contributor in shaping how we understand and manage the financial health of the company and you’ll play a generalist role
- You’ll own core financial planning processes, support business leaders with insights, and help scale the systems, tools, and rhythms that enable sound decision-making
- This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, dynamic environment and wants to see their analyses directly impact business outcomes
- Lead and continuously improve core FP&A processes, including 3 statement budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Participate in building out and tracking SaaS KPIs
- Partner with department leads on their budgets & forecasts and develop and track key performance indicators, offering actionable insights
- Prepare monthly management reports that clearly tell the story behind the numbers
- Support system and process improvements to enhance data quality, automation, and scalability of the finance function
