Role
Who you are
- Experience: 5+ years in graphic design
- Education: Recognized design qualification (e.g., BA, BFA) or equivalent
- Portfolio: Showreel or portfolio showcasing your work
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; understanding of print and production processes
- Digital Passion: Strong interest in digital experience design and channels
- Agency Experience: Preferred but not essential
- Creative Thinking: Proven track record of outstanding conceptual thinking
- You know how to lead and inspire You’re a seasoned creative thinker and maker, capable of inspiring and guiding a team. You will thrive on an equal mix of strategic creative thinking and hands-on execution, excited to work fluidly across diverse design projects
- You’re a sector expert Your job is to know the client's industry inside and out, staying ahead of trends in social media, typography, illustration, and more. You bring deep knowledge and passion for all things design
- You understand clients’ needs You can listen to and understand the needs of individual clients, delivering fresh, insightful ideas that resonate with them and their stakeholders
- You craft compelling stories You excel in a fast-paced environment, handling various creative briefs and challenges. You’re dynamic and eager to showcase your talents to the world
