Who you are
- Experience: You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar supportive marketing role, preferably within a technology or renewable energy environment
- Project management skills: You are good at organising and planning tasks and projects, with an eye for detail and deadlines
- Strong communication skills: You have excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proactive and flexible: You are a self-starter who can work independently, but you also feel at home in a dynamic team environment. You are flexible and can quickly switch between different tasks
- Analytical ability: You can handle data well and enjoy analysing and reporting results
What the job involves
- As Marketing Manager at Tibber Netherlands, you play a crucial role in the execution of our marketing strategy
- You support the marketing team with a variety of tasks, from managing daily marketing activities to coordinating campaigns and events
- You are organized, proactive and communicatively strong, and you have an eye for detail
- Lead and support marketing campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns to increase our brand awareness and customer engagement
- Event coordination: Support the organization of (digital) events and campaigns, such as webinars, product launches and trade shows
- Project support: Assist in managing various marketing projects, such as new product launches and promotional campaigns
- PR and media support: Support PR activities by managing media requests, preparing press materials and maintaining press relations
- Research and Analysis: Support with market research, customer insights and competitive analysis. Assist in the collection and analysis of marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
- Administrative duties: Ensure marketing administration, including budget management and tracking of marketing materials and vendors

Our take
The average household today is in a position to purchase electricity from a range of suppliers, but classically will only buy from one. Tibber supplies an AI for households to purchase energy from a number of suppliers, at the best prices at the best time of day, to reduce their electricity costs, alongside helping them to reduce usage in their homes.
Tibber, founded in 2016, was built as a response to outdated utility management tools. Users access the service via an app, with the AI purchasing electricity automatically at the lowest possible price, as well as alerting customers to consume energy during the cheapest hours of the day. The Tibber hub for smart homes is able to connect various energy sources, such as solar panels and EV chargers, to enable more intelligent electricity production as well as consumption.
Tibber has seen huge amounts of investment, showcasing the popularity of and confidence in its product. The company serves hundreds of thousands of households, and has its sights firmly set on continued expansion across Europe.
