Who you are

Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles
Experience working in a high-growth environment, particularly in fintech or SaaS
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot
Analytical mindset with experience in developing reports and dashboards to track revenue performance
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams
Can-do' attitude, along with an optimistic and solution-oriented mindset, fostering a collaborative and proactive approach to challenges

What the job involves

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency across the revenue cycle
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting our GTM team and partnering with sales leadership to align company objectives with revenue goals
You’ll be the strategic driver of processes that optimize sales, marketing, and customer success operations
Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue cycle
Strategic Planning: Align GTM goals with the company’s overall revenue objectives. Partner with sales leadership to design sales targets, commission plans, customer success metrics, and implement guardrails for deal terms and management
Optimizing Sales Processes: Create and refine workflows for seamless processes between sales, marketing, and customer success. Identify bottlenecks in current processes and recommend and implement improvements
HubSpot Effectiveness: Own and drive HubSpot effectiveness by ensuring accurate data inputs and generating actionable outputs that are easily understood by GTM teams

Founded in 2021, Finmid is a financial services infrastructure provider, built to support other businesses with their financial products and services all from one platform. The company focuses on simplicity for its customers building a variety of products that amount to one integration for each company.

Both founders Max Schertel and Alexander Talkanitsa were previously involved in N26 from the beginnings of its journey. They developed deep roots in Fintech and are able to now provide Finmid and its employees with an extensive knowledge of the financial sector and how it can be improved.

Finmid has been keeping quiet about its offering up until a recent acknowledgement that the company was featured in Accel's Fintech 100 EMEA - the firm’s list of hot fintech companies set to become the next generation of category leaders. So maybe we’re about to see a lot more from Finmid as it brings forth what it has been hiding, especially once capital the company once recent investments are utilised.
