Who you are
- 3 years of account management or customer success experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of achieving quota and driving customer growth
- Experience with multi-stakeholder decision making environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and account management tools

What the job involves
- We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage strategic relationships with gaming companies, digital platforms, and technology organizations
- This role focuses on expanding our footprint within existing accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities through our age verification and compliance solutions
- Manage and expand relationships with 15+ mid-market to large accounts with annual contract values ranging from $100K to $1M+
- Develop comprehensive account plans that align with customer business objectives and regulatory compliance needs
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across multiple product lines and business units within existing accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders including product managers, legal, compliance, and technical teams
- Build strong relationships with decision makers and influencers across customer organizations
- Coordinate with internal teams including Integration Engineers, Customer Success, and Legal
- Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansion agreements
- Collaborate with new business teams to support deals requiring existing customer references
- Identify whitespace opportunities within accounts for additional product adoption
- Develop understanding of industry regulations, privacy laws (COPPA, GDPR, etc.), and compliance requirements
- Stay current on digital platform policies and age verification mandates
- Serve as a trusted advisor on compliance strategy and implementation
- Support customer success initiatives and product adoption

Understandably, video game developers are most focused on building their software, rather than building compliance regulations into their code. k-ID is a startup that wants to simplify the compliance journey for game developers, thus ensuring child safety and privacy online.
K-ID’s first-of-its-kind compliance engine is integrated into platforms by game publishers and is used by some of the largest video games in the world. Parents and publishers can set parameters for children, including restrictions on in-game purchases and private chats. Ultimately, k-ID makes gaming safer for young people, so developers and publishers can focus on building the products players love.
As the first-of-its-kind, it's no surprise that k-ID has amassed plenty of funding from large investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Lightspeed Ventures. k-ID’s founders have the CVs to match, having worked in leadership roles at the likes of Tencent, EA and Google, combining legal and compliance credentials with a solid knowledge of video game development.
