Who you are
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be outgoing and Love Sales
- Must Love to help customers
- Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule of hours based on store needs. Schedules are set every two weeks

Our take
Oportun is an AI-powered digital banking platform that makes financial health effortless for anyone. Following the company’s acquisition of former competitor Digit, it has expanded its services to offer a wider range of bank features – now providing personal loans, credit cards, saving accounts, and an investment app.
Younger generations have struggled with the “you have to have credit to build credit” as legacy banking systems tend to give those beginning their credit journeys a bad deal. Capitalizing on the growth in popularity of mobile banking apps, companies like Oportun provide affordable and accessible financial services to the vast majority of Millennials and Gen Z already using mobile banking apps.
While Oportun faces a number of strong market competitors, its millions of customers have accessed more than $14 billion in credit and $2.3 billion in interest and fee savings, and will use a recent loan from Neuberger Berman to support the continued growth in the business.
