Who you are
- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing campaigns, website content, and social media for a business or within an agency
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary, multicultural, and international environment
- TECHNICAL SKILLS - Proficient in WordPress: Demonstrable experience in managing, updating, and optimising WordPress websites, including content creation, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and website optimisation
- Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics or similar)
- Skilled in social media management, including both organic and sponsored campaigns (LinkedIn, X and TikTok)
- Ability to create, edit, and adapt digital content and copy for different audiences and channels
- Familiarity with digital advertising, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation
- Competence in using AI-powered tools for content generation, analytics, and workflow automation
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website troubleshooting is an advantage

What the job involves
- The Digital Marketing Coordinator ensures Mount Street’s digital presence is professional and aligned across all external channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role delivers strategic digital campaigns, manages the website, oversees social media (organic and paid), and supports email marketing and CRM to drive engagement and growth.
- It involves coordinating with the Brand & Design team for consistency, managing SEO and paid campaigns, and liaising with external agencies and internal teams (IT and InfoSec) to ensure functionality, security, and compliance. The focus is on digital marketing, website and social media management, and implementing innovative online strategies to strengthen Mount Street’s digital positioning
- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safeguard Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve Mount Street’s digital identity across all online channels, ensuring strict adherence to digital brand guidelines and best practices. Act as a key point of contact for digital brand-related queries, providing guidance and support across departments
- Website Management: Take ownership of the Mount Street website: Upload, edit, and curate content to ensure relevance and engagement. Apply SEO best practices to maximise visibility and search rankings. Monitor website performance and user experience, recommending and implementing improvements. Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams to ensure optimal functionality, security, and compliance
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow Mount Street’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, X and TikTok): Develop and schedule organic content and sponsored campaigns. Engage with audiences, respond to comments and messages, and foster online community growth. Track and analyse social media metrics to inform strategy and optimise performance
- Digital Campaigns & CRM: Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns: - Support the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns. - Assist the Marketing Director with the internal rollout and adoption of the company CRM, helping to integrate marketing activities and data for improved client engagement. - Collaborate on audience segmentation and personalisation strategies to maximise campaign impact
- SEO & Analytics: Implement and monitor SEO strategies: - Conduct keyword research and optimise website content. - Track search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM dashboards): - Establish and maintain robust tracking of key marketing metrics across all digital channels; - Establish and maintain robust tracking of key marketing metrics across all digital channels; - Analyse data and prepare regular reports to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making for ongoing optimisation
- Competitor Analysis & Digital Strategy Development: Conduct regular competitor monitoring: - Analyse competitors’ online behaviour, campaigns, and content. - Identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape. Develop and refine Mount Street’s digital marketing strategy based on insights
- Collaboration & Technical Liaison: Work closely with the Brand & Design Coordinator to ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all digital channels. Liaise with external suppliers and agencies (web developers, technology partners, etc.) on technical aspects of digital marketing projects, website enhancements, and paid media campaigns. Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams to ensure seamless website functionality, data security, and integration of new digital tools and technologies
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Mount Street’s digital footprint and recommend innovative solutions to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing
