PR & Brand Marketing Manager, Elder

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital PR, brand communications, storytelling and growing Earned media
• This position requires a data-conscious, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain media relationships and enhance brand communications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, with a strong focus on digital PR, brand communications and Earned media
• Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns and securing media coverage
• Excellent command of English - written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in PR and brand communications
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in PR and social media monitoring tools

• You will play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying Elder's tone of voice and brand presence across Paid, Owned and Earned media
• Digital PR:
• Develop and implement digital PR strategies to enhance Elder's online presence and grow our Earned media reach
• Identify and engage with key opinion leaders within the contextually relevant sectors that would enhance Elder’s authority in this space
• Monitor and analyse PR performance metrics to optimise future campaigns
• Brand Communications:
• Craft compelling content to shape Elder's brand communications across our website, paid and organic social media, press and all other earned media touchpoints
• Ensure all brand communications are consistent with Elder’s voice and values
• Collaborate with the internal squads to integrate brand messaging across all marketing channels
• Work with content producers (internally and externally) to ensure consistency in our brand messaging
• Storytelling:
• Develop and execute storytelling strategies that resonate with our audience across organic channels
• Utilize data and insights to refine and improve our storytelling approach
• PR & Earned Media:
• Build and maintain strategic media relationships to increase Elder’s visibility
• Develop and pitch stories to relevant media outlets to drive traffic and brand awareness
• Prepare press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
• Develop strategies to grow earned media presence and coverage
• Leverage industry trends and news to position Elder as a thought leader in the sector
