Role
Who you are
- Proven track record of delivering successful CRM campaigns across multiple geographies
- Data literate and able to understand and use the output of data visualisation tools and dashboards across multiple leading applications
- Expertise in planning & building automated CRM journeys
- In-depth knowledge of CRM best practices, data interpretation and reporting
- Detailed knowledge of email regulations and compliance
- Experience with eCommerce in a global fashion, tech or start-up context
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Experience with Shopify, and Klavyio
- 5+ years of CRM experience
What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Retention Manager, who will be key to leading this crucial facet of our business and growth through your skills in retention strategy, and execution and by building our campaign management, audience segmentation, direct mail and SMS schemes as well as sophisticated analysis of customer journeys and lifetime value
- Own all email and SMS channel activity delivery to analysis and reporting
- Own direct mail activity from conception to delivery including managing data decisions and co-ordinating creative delivery
- Develop and deliver email automations. Ensure all email templates follow best practice, and are prioritised to the biggest wins and are mobile-first
- Work alongside eCommerce, Data, Marketing, Performance and Impact teams to deliver a seamless, best-in-class customer experience
- Develop ongoing retention roadmap and give optimisations back to the business on how we can drive customer retention going forward
- Work at the intersection of acquisition and retention to drive strategic growth initiatives through to execution and reporting
- Ensure brand goals and objectives come to life in CRM channels
- Analyse and interpret results from CRM initiatives to drive continuous improvement of campaigns and segmentation
- Follow market trends in CRM, retention and loyalty to continuously evolve the Tala customer strategy incorporating best practice and new innovative ideas
- Own relevant BI tools, platforms, plugins with support of the tech team
- Analyse and report on customer journeys and lifetime value across the product and deliver actionable insights back into all the relevant departments of the business
- Manage to budgets and targets provided by Finance and the TALA Management team
