• Exhibited consultative style with experience supporting senior business leaders, including demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions and drive decision-making with C-level executives
• Experience managing complex project portfolios, including coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple teams and initiatives
• Proficiency working with raw data and turning it into actionable insights and compelling visuals to drive business outcomes

• Amplify's People team is looking for a People Strategy Lead. This role will report to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for owning strategic initiatives for the People function, driving alignment and execution of cross-functional projects, and managing critical ongoing operations for the team (such as annual goals, budgeting, key metric reporting, leadership/staff agendas and updates, and program calendars)
• The work of the People Strategy Lead to drive alignment, accountability, and excellence across our People programs will have a direct influence on Amplify’s mission to create beautiful and impactful educational experiences for all students in grades K-12
• You will drive the People team's efforts to maintain transparency, coordination, and accountability within People and across other functions through thoughtful program design, clear communication, and data-driven decision making
• You get to build the plane while flying it, managing day-to-day operational excellence while identifying opportunities to continuously improve or completely rethink our People strategy
• You appreciate data! You will design dashboards, track key metrics, and use relevant insights to inform strategic People decisions in partnership with teams across the company
