What the job involves
- Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer Success, you'll partner with our Enterprise employer partners to ensure they achieve their hiring goals, drive adoption across recruiting teams and ensure they are seeing value in the Handshake product
- As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be a strategic partner and long term point of contact for our employer partners
- Your primary goal will be to establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, align on employers’ business objectives and set-up key workflows and processes based on the unique needs of the employer
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders of our customers and deeply understand each customer’s business goals, objectives and needs
- Provide expert consultation and training to employer partners on early talent, Handshake best practices and workflows
- Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders and translate business needs into Handshake solutions - expect ~20% travel for customer meetings
- Leverage data to inform decision-making and refine early talent recruiting strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional partners like Sales, Success, Account Management, Support, Education/University partnerships team, Marketing, Insights, Product, User Research, Enablement, RevOps, etc

The Handshake platform acts as a LinkedIn for college students, pairing students from every walk of life with more than 650K employers, including the entire Fortune 500, which includes Google and Nike.
The graduate recruitment platform is open to any student with a valid @.edu email address, with more than 17M active users from thousands of colleges and universities. With a student-first philosophy, the company generates revenue from both universities and employers rather than students.
Valued at $3.5B, Handshake has gained traction in a competitive market, although it has strong competition from recruiting giants LinkedIn and Indeed. It stands out, however, by helping students build new relationships and skills, rather than simply making connections to people they already know.
