Who you are
- Available for a one- or two-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026

What the job involves
- Supporting Talent Management processes (performance assessment cycle, talent review and succession planning, goal setting, career conversations, etc.)
- Supporting Talent Management programs such as the Leadership Journey (Top Talent)
- Assisting the Talent Management team in implementing Talent & Performance Management processes in our HRIS (Workday)
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and assessing key indicators to improve our programs
- Providing support and sharing information with the People Team and managers on various performance campaigns and talent programs
- Helping support key stakeholders as we update and transform Talent Management approaches and frameworks, ensuring they understand and adapt to these changes (e.g., new processes, tools)
- Helping design and implement communication strategies for employees and the People Team
