Who you are
- Hands-on experience deploying paid advertising strategies and campaign in paid media platforms, particularly with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience developing and executing B2B paid advertising strategies focused on lead generation and conversion growth
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using campaign data to drive performance improvements and conversion growth
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and external agency partners
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in a B2B SaaS and/or technology environment (non ecommerce)
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Data-driven, curious, and focused on continuous improvement
- Collaborative and confident working with diverse stakeholders

What the job involves
- We are looking for a self-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and performance of paid media campaigns across key B2B channels, with a primary focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Working closely with Marketing Managers, Product Marketing, content teams, and external partners, you will help drive lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and campaign performance across the customer journey
- This role is ideal for a hands-on paid media specialist who enjoys execution, optimization, reporting, and continuous performance improvement in a fast-growing B2B environment
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing channels to drive B2B lead generation and conversions
- Support campaign strategy, planning, setup, execution, and performance measurement in alignment with demand generation objectives
- Implement and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and highly targeted campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn
- Continuously optimize targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and campaign performance to maximize ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Maintain campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting best practices across paid media channels, ensuring accurate performance insights
- Work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Marketing, and Sales stakeholders to execute integrated campaign initiatives
- Collaborate with content, design, and external agency partners to ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets
- Ensure strong cross-functional communication and alignment while Marketing Managers retain budget ownership

With the injection of funding provided by its new parent company, Outpost24 is accelerating its product development and increasing its marketing efforts. While it is a significant business in the European and US markets, it is aiming to grow its market share and expand internationally in the near future.
