Performance Marketing Manager, Lupa

• 4-7 yrs experience with all key digital platforms + SEO experience

• Comfortable interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable plans
• Can pivot strategy when campaigns underperform or markets change

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Ability to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, etc.)
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using analytics (Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, CRM data) to make informed strategic choices
• Brand Strategy: Understands brand positioning and ensures all digital efforts align with brand identity
