- B.A./B.S. degree
- Business-level fluency in German, including strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be a hard-working, self-starter, and willing to achieve a high volume of activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona
- Have positive, effective phone skills, including excellent listening, presentation, and objection handling, as well as strong writing skills
- Strong desire to win and a deep motivation to build a successful sales career

- Reporting to our EMEA Commercial Sales Lead, we are excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual ready to launch their career and connect our leading product with the right customers
- Working alongside Starburst’s sales and marketing teams, you should possess a natural curiosity about data and a foundational understanding of how technology impacts business. We are committed to providing you with comprehensive training, mentorship, and the full support needed to excel and build a strong foundation in software sales/marketing
- You'll thrive on the day-to-day details of prospecting while developing a clear understanding of the bigger picture, effortlessly nurturing and qualifying leads for our Account Executives. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent university graduate eager to kickstart a successful career in software sales, with a specific focus on the German market
- Contact, educate, and qualify inbound prospective customers in order to generate qualified sales opportunities for German-speaking markets
- Leverage all available tools and resources, including email, telephone, web conferencing, webinars, and in-person events, to effectively engage prospects
- Develop sales acumen: Master the fundamentals of prospecting, discovery, and lead qualification processes
- Consistently track, meet and exceed target
- Learn how Starburst technology addresses the technical and business challenges of enterprises
- Collaborate with your assigned Account Executive(s) to create sales opportunities in their assigned territory
